The Christmas Break
Speaking of the end of the year... Christmas is on its way, and while it's been a hectic end to the year we will be closing from the 22nd of December until the 7th of January. We will be checking email periodically during this period, but if you have an emergency, please call Natalie on 021 61 71 83.
Some Big Changes
Nat's Back!
Following a year of great success with both PlanHQ and Gooduse/Decisive Flow, and a 4 year business partnership, Tim and Nat made the decision to go their seperate ways and devote their time to one company. Tim will now be working solely on PlanHQ, while Nat is back fulltime, bringing with her a whole bunch more of the web marketing and usability experience that makes us what we are.
It was a difficult decision for Nat, but after 2 months, was clearly the right one and we are jam packed with ideas for how to improve our service to you and keep building the best user-focused web design company in New Zealand. First on the agenda is to re-launch as one unified brand (hopefully by the end of this year). This is a really exciting step for us and will combine the best aspects of Gooduse and Decisive Flow into one name and one place to go.
James is Saying Goodbye
We are also losing James at the end of this year. For many of you, he has been the key contact person over the course of 2007, and we've loved having him around. However, the call of new ideas and experiences has won him over and we wish him all the best for the future. If you still have James as your key contact person, please update this to natalie@decisiveflow.com, she is on hand for any updates, new projects or problems you want to talk about, and has been working very closely with James for the past few months to ensure the level of service you're used to will only be improving.

Thanks to our new customers, and those who've been with us a while... it's been a brilliant year, we've had a blast and can't wait to get back into it in 2008!
